Who we are

Voltara provides revenue recovery services to dental clinics. For anything about personal data, write to ola@voltara.pt.

What we collect on this site

When you request an audit we collect the clinic name, your name, email and, if you provide them, mobile number, city, number of chairs and your message.

We also log minimal technical data (IP address and request time) to prevent abuse of the form. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the data to answer your request and prepare the audit. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you asked for (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Patient data in audits

If a clinic shares exports for the audit, we process them under a data processing agreement, as the clinic's processor. We use the minimum needed, store data in the European Union and delete the exports if the clinic does not go ahead.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the contract applies.

Who we share it with

Providers that host the site and the database in the European Union, bound by data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to ola@voltara.pt. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
